Tuition and Fees

Tuition rates and payment policies are established each year by the Pastor and Principal. Parents who are not able to meet their payments during the school year should meet with the Principal.

FACTS Management Company provides our school with tuition management, grant and aid assessment, and school payment processing. Parents can pay tuition and fees over time, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children.  Fees for our after school Enrichment Programs and Before and After School Child Care will be billed as used.

Tuition Assistance

Limited tuition assistance is available through the Catholic Schools Foundation.  In order to determine eligibility, a FACTS form, which can be found online (, must be completed.  FACTS helps Saint Raphael School determine the amount each family needs to afford the stated tuition rates.  However, due to the limited amount of monies available, there will not be sufficient funds available to provide aid for all the families that qualify.  We determine which families are most in need and attempt to help them to be able to afford a Catholic education for their children. Saint Raphael School families also benefit from financial aid from other charitable foundations, such as the St. Vincent DePaul Society and from private anonymous donors.  Typically, grants from these sources are provided to families who have completed the FACTS process.
