Saint Raphael School offers an After School Enrichment Program (ASEP) that seeks to provide students with engaging experiences in a warm, caring environment beyond school hours.  Within this program, children are given the opportunity to socialize with friends while being led in an organized activity by school staff.  ASEP offers a variety of exciting activities, which stimulate children to be healthier and happier, including sports, art activities and computer exploration.  ASEP occurs in Saint Raphael facilities utilizing age-appropriate materials and equipment for students.  From creating a yearbook in the computer lab to running cross-country in the neighborhood streets, students spend out-of-school hours in a safe, stimulating, and supervised environment.

ASEP offers a variety of programs throughout the course of the school year.  The academic year is broken down into five “five-week sessions.”  Each session offers a variety of programs.  Some programs are academic in nature while others focus on the development of children’s social skills, artistic abilities, or physical strength.  For a listing of some of our programs offered throughout the year, please see below.

ASEP begin immediately after school and run until 3:30PM.  Students report to the activity area immediately after school, alleviating the need of parents providing transportation.  Students are dismissed to parents at 3:30PM or can be sent to Discovery Club if continued care is needed.  The cost of the program includes a one-time Registration Fee of $10.00 for the year, per child, and the program fee.

The program fee will be $50.00 per activity. Some activities may also have a materials fee. (Discovery Club fees and Drama Club fees are separate.)
