Tuition and Fees

   Tuition rates and payment policies are established each year by the pastor and principal.

As Pastor, Rev. Paul Coughlin’s expressed goal is to make a Catholic  education affordable for families. Tuition rates are set to meet this goal.

The rates for 2024-2025 are as follows:                       

K-8 Tuition per student                  $ 7,600

K-8 Discounts

Discount for 2^nd student               $ 1,700

Discount for 3^rd student                $ 1,700

4+ students                                  no charge

Preschool Tuition per student

5 days                                            $ 10,175

3 days                                            $   8,650

2 days                                             $  7,550

Preschool Discounts

FACTS

FACTS Management Company provides our school with tuition management, grant and aid assessment, and school payment processing. Parents can pay tuition and fees over time, making it easier to afford a quality education for their children.  The tuition payment plan options are: pay in full, semi-annual, quarterly, or ten monthly payments.  Fees for our after school Enrichment Programs and Before and After School Child Care will be billed as used.

Tuition Assistance

Limited tuition assistance is available through the Catholic Schools Foundation.  In order to determine eligibility, a family must complete the online application through FACTS at (https://online.factsmgt.com)

FACTS determines the amount each student qualifies.  However, due to the limited amount of monies available, there will not be sufficient funds available to provide aid for all the families that qualify.  Saint Raphael School families also benefit from financial aid from other charitable foundations, such as the St. Vincent DePaul Society and from private anonymous donors.
